Entrepreneur Workshop

The Entrepreneur Workshop is set up for developing the necessary skills for startup and support a of a service based business. This workshop is supported by our Plan for Value and Small Business Training manuals.

Plan for Value Manual
Plan for Value translates the principles of Design to Cost into useful business and economic principles for success in a service based business. 		Training Manual
Training for Small Business helps build the company brand and quality with the training program.

Each on-site workshop comes with the associated manuals and workbook. The manuals are full of case studies and hands-on exercises that will insure that the skills are learned. The workbook is organized to help each student move forward with their own good ideas.

Half day workshop: $135 per person
Full day workshop: $225 per person
